In pre-production, looking for Distributors!

Originally titled “Android Phil”, the project began in 2019, marking CROMO's inaugural venture into canonical documentary productions. Our documentary concept was chosen at the Italian Docs Screenings in Turin. It was there that we partnered with Jump Cut Productions, who are now co-producing the project.

After securing the Development fund from Fondo Audiovisivo FVG, we captured the initial footage which later formed various teasers. Our journey took us to locations such as Hong Kong, Rotterdam, Oxford, and Genova.

While Covid interrupted our production, we are eager to pick up where we left off. We have already scheduled shoots in Memphis, Lexington, and Memphis in the USA. Notably, Academy Award-nominated director Richard Linklater is set to appear as one of our expert contributors.

This project boasts both high entertainment value and a sophisticated visual style.

We're currently seeking co-producers to help us complete the shoot and are also on the lookout for distributors.
